Gaiwans

These classic 万寿无疆 gaiwans are perfect to brew any type of tea.

The distinctive inscription on the side of each vessel reading "万寿无疆" (Wan shou wu jiang), meaning "everlasting long life," coupled with the intricate, hand-painted motifs covering each piece make them instantly recognizable. Our works are painted in patterns reminiscent of those made in state-owned porcelain factories in Jingdezhen from the 1950s to the 1980s. While these are modern renditions, most are still painted by the same craftspeople that have been making wan shou wu jiang porcelain for the last 60 years.
